Thornton Cline
Thornton Cline has had 40 number one charted songs on the Euro Indie Music Charts, World Indie Music Charts and the Billboard charts, with multiple Grammy, Dove and Josie Award nominations. His songs have been recorded by an illustrious list of artists, including Engelbert Humperdinck, Gloria Gaynor, Ray Peterson, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, and Rebecca Holden. In 2021, Cline was inducted into the Tennessee Songwriters Association International Songwriter’s Hall of Fame in Nashville.
In the literary arena, Cline’s creativity knows no bounds with 48 traditionally published books spanning both adult and children’s genres. Cline’s literary achievements include securing number one and top 10 Amazon book charts, receiving the prestigious Maxy Literary Award in 2017 for “Best Children’s Young Adult Book”, and being nominated in 2025 for a Red Letter Award for “Best Children’s Author.”
