Angie Ryg

Angie Ryg is a blogger, Bible teacher, writer, and international speaker passionate about encouraging women to find contentment and purpose right where God has placed them. She reaches out to her community with a sense of humor and a willingness to be open with her struggles

Angie is the author of Clutter Free Simplicity. You can also find her words in the (in)courage Women’s Devotional Bible and Everbloom: Stories of Deeply Rooted and Transformed Lives. She has been published by Christianity Today (in)courage, Educational Leadership, Family Matters, and is a contributing writer for Unlocking the Bible.

Angie has always had a fascination with how people learn and lead. She pursues that curiosity as she finishes her doctorate from Liberty University in Educational Leadership. Through college chapel messages and national conferences, Angie encourages others to learn from God’s Word and lead well from wherever God has placed them.

Angie lives outside Chicago, Illinois, with her husband, their four amazing kids, and the sweetest answered prayer, a little Shihpoo named Maddie. When Angie isn’t working on her dissertation, you will find her sitting on the bleachers with the rest of the family, cheering loudly for her kids at a basketball game or having a family movie night.
