Rebecca Halton

One of Rebecca Halton’s greatest motivations in life is Revelation 12:11, which inspires her to let God use her writing to liberate others ensnared by shame about their pasts. Since coming forward with her testimony of redemption after committing adultery, Rebecca has been interviewed or featured in numerous ministry publications and media outlets, including, LifeWay’s HomeLife magazine, and more. Her interviews with (as part of “Team Redeemed”) are among the ministry’s most-watched videos on GodTube, to date. In 2013, she shared her testimony with more than 10,000 attendees of Red Rocks Church’s Easter service.

As a former military kid herself, Rebecca also has a special place in her heart for military families. In 2012, she contributed to Stories of Faith and Courage from the Home Front, co-authored by fellow Credo Author Jocelyn Green, and to a supplemental resource for The Five Love Languages Military Edition (also co-authored by Green, with Dr. Gary Chapman).

In 2005, Rebecca graduated from Messiah College with a B.A. in English (Writing) and in 2011 Rebecca earned her master’s in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, with an emphasis in Conflict Resolution and a geographic focus on Latin America.

The best way to personally connect with Rebecca (a self-professed social-media enthusiast — and introvert) is directly through Twitter or Facebook.
