Steven Pastyrnak

Steven Pastyrnak, Ph.D., has helped children, young adults, and their families restore the natural life balance God intended for them for over fifteen years in his role as a dedicated pediatric psychologist. He works with children with various medical problems, and teaches parents and children how to cope with their circumstances and daily living. In his work, he is often close to the emotional struggles faced by mothers and fathers while parenting.

Dr. Pastyrnak holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Masters and a PhD in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently serving as Division Chief of Pediatric Psychology at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. By providing regular television and radio appearances, he is able to maintain the hospital’s high community profile.

Dr. Pastyrnak contributes his personal and professional success to his captivating personality, which is nurturing, sensitive, confident, and engaging. He currently resides in Ada, Michigan with his wife, Jenifer, and their two children, Camden and Anna.
