Kim Goad

Kim has over two decades of business planning, marketing and development experience with clients in a variety of industries. She has also had the pleasure of counseling and mentoring tweens, adolescents and emerging adults in church as well as secular settings for more than a decade and has been an invited speaker at the North American Christian Convention, the Children’s Pastors’ Conference, the American Heritage Girls Conference, and various retreats.

Kim is co-author, with Claudia Mitchell, of One Girl Can Change the World (Standard 2009). She has also written for Business Network (a publication of the Chamber of Commerce of Bloomington, Indiana), the Indiana University alumni magazine, M.D. News (a business and lifestyle magazine for physicians), and Women in the Outdoors.



She earned her bachelor’s from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and her master’s in counseling psychology from Indiana University School of Education. Her mission is to use her relational, communication and organizational skills to help organizations and individuals reach their potential.
