Sara J. Moulton Reger is a management consultant who specializes in organizational change management, culture transformation, governance, and leadership. Sara has been a management consultant since 1988 and has worked for IBM since 1995. Currently, she is a transformation program executive leading the culture and organizational change work for an IBM global transformation program.
Sara has also been a global practice executive and research principal in IBM’s consulting and research organizations. Sara has an MBA concentrated in finance and management. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is also certified in the field of Organizational Change Management. |
Sara has a reputation for successfully leading the “people” side of difficult transformations and using those opportunities to develop practical methods and tools for future use. She was instrumental in developing the Tangible Culture technique for bringing new employees into an existing business unit. Tangible Culture is being used by IBM on its own transformation efforts and by IBM consultants globally with clients and is documented in Sara’s book Can Two Rights Make a Wrong? Insights from IBM’s Tangible Culture Approach (Prentice Hall/IBM 2006). Sara has published on a variety of topics including business culture, business complexity, governance, e-business, communications, project risk management, change management, quality, and financial management. She has three new books on Christianity and business forthcoming from Strang.
