David Sanford
David Sanford serves as Literary Agent for Credo Communications; he represents numerous bestselling authors with Zondervan, Tyndale, Thomas Nelson, and other respected Christian publishers (CBA), and he works closely with Wiley & Sons, Simon & Schuster, Random House, and other mainstream New York publishers (ABA). In 2002 David and his wife, Renée, founded Sanford Communications, Inc., which formally became part of Credo Communications LLC in 2008.
Over the years, David has written for, been quoted in, and been interviewed by many leading news services, including Christianity Today, World, USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, Crosswalk.com, ChristianPost.com, and nearly 100 other leading periodicals, Web sites, and blogs. David was graduated with top honors from Multnomah University. Prior to starting Sanford Communications, Inc., he served as Vice President of Publishing and Internet Ministries for the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association.
David is the conceptual designer and executive editor of the Starting Point Study Bible (Zondervan), a 2003 Gold Medallion finalist for best Bible of the year. Most recently, he is the author of the popular If God Disappears (Tyndale), which released in 2008. David is also the editor of scores of books produced by the ECPA’s leading publishers, helping several of them win the ECPA Gold Medallion Award, and he is coauthor with Luis Palau of God Is Relevant (Doubleday).

David lives in Damascus, OR, near Portland, with Renée and their two youngest children.
