
Jill Richardson
Dr. Jill Richardson pastors Real Hope Community Church in suburban Chicago. Her doctorate is in Church Leadership in a Changing Context, with a focus on the next generation and preaching. Her tagline is “Reframed: Picturing Faith what the Next Generation,” and her passion is to work with the next generation to create a healthy church for the 21st century.
She has written Hobbits, You, and the Spiritual World of Middle-earth (Lighthouse of the Carolinas) and a young adult novel, How not To Be Noticed: My High School Anti-Plan for Success. Jill has also contributed to three compilations, published by Christianity Today International, Lillenas, and most recently, (in)Courage’s Take Heart.
Jill has three grown daughters, who are her best and biggest cheerleaders. She enjoys traveling, gardening, volunteering with World Relief, and a good cup of Earl Grey.
